The butter silo is essential for a flexible continuous butter making process. The butter silo BBA has a capacity range from 1,000 to 6,000 kg/h.
The silo mainly acts as a buffer zone for the freshly produced butter between the continuous butter making machine or the butter reworker system and the butter packaging equipment.
This traditional butter silo is equipped with augers - type BBA - is designed for the full range of butter consistency - for firm as well as soft types of butter with focus on reduced water, chemical and heat consumption, thus reducing the volume of waste and cost generated by the CIP process.
